Hey there — I’m Kyle. Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me and how I might support you.

I work with people who feel stuck between “I should have this together” and “Why can’t I catch a break?” I have specific experience with panic attacks, trauma, and chronic pain. If you’re navigating any of those, I’m really sorry you’re going through it — and I hope it offers some comfort to know that these have been part of my story too. I’ve done the work myself, and I bring that understanding into the room with me.

I deeply believe that connection and authenticity create the strongest foundation for healing. You’ll feel that from me when we share space, I promise. My hope is that together we can begin to unpack some of what’s been weighing on you.

Walking a path of pain can feel exhausting, and sometimes it makes hope feel risky. I get that.

What you’ll find in me is someone down-to-earth, compassionate, and a little goofy when the moment calls for it. My style blends empathy with real talk, practical tools, humor, and curiosity. I primarily work from a bottom-up approach, helping you reconnect with your body so your head and heart can come together.

My practice is geared toward adults and teens 16+, and I’m an LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor who welcomes clients from all walks of life.

Outside the therapy room, I’m:

  • Finishing up grad school at Mercer University studying mental health counseling — so I’m on the journey, too.
  • Constantly thinking about managing my own back pain, which has given me a soft spot for anyone dealing with chronic discomfort and emotional overwhelm.
  • Into video games, hiking (when my body cooperates), road trips, and reading. I usually have two or three hobbies going at once because I have too many interests. I took an amazing road trip out west this past year.
  • A dog dad to Chris — honestly, he might be the reason I’m still sane some days. I included a pic of him for you.

If any of this resonates with you, feel free to reach out for a free consultation so we can see if we’re a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you. I’m here, and you are not alone. I can hold hope for you until you’re ready to hold it again yourself.
