Our therapy groups are small processing groups led by Wendy Thomas, MA. Each runs for six sessions and begins with a one-on-one intake session so Wendy can make sure the group is the right fit for you.

A six-session in-person counseling and processing group for womxn in their 40s — or late 30s and early 50s — exploring perimenopause and menopause, career shifts, aging parents, relationship changes, sexual curiosity, and the question of who they are now.

“I Loved & Left a Narcissist”
A six-week virtual processing group for womxn who have left, or are considering leaving, a narcissistic partner — a space to make sense of what happened alongside others who have lived it.
Thursdays, 7:00–8:30pm
