Inspired by the book, All Fours by Miranda July, Amy Robbins Counseling is hosting a 6-week “What The…Forties” Group for womxn navigating everything from peri and meno, to career shifts, aging parents, relationship changes, sexual curiosity and that all-too-relatable question of “Who Am I Now?” Let’s chat stress, transitions, questions, and what-ifs. Most importantly, let’s support one another as we navigate this “New.”

Sundays. Starting March 2 from 5p-6:30p
Fridays: Starting March 7 from 10:30a-Noon
*No sessions the week of Spring Break: April 6-13

Coping with Loss can be an overwhelming, painful, and lonely experience. We realize that everyone grieves at their own pace and in their own way.
