What Is Holistic Health Coaching? (And Why It Might Be Exactly What You Need Right Now)

Anxiety can feel strangely familiar, like an old friend who shows up uninvited. Even in moments of accomplishment or joy, you often find yourself feeling off, uneasy, waiting for the other shoe to drop. Eventually, you pause and ask: Is this pace sustainable? Is this the life I truly want?

This is where holistic health coaching comes in.

Unlike quick-fix healing methods, holistic health coaching looks at you as a whole person, mind, body, and spirit, rather than focusing on just one aspect (like mental health or physical symptoms alone). It’s never about fixing you. It’s about helping you remember who you are beneath the noise and the anxiety—creating space to care for yourself.

What Made Me Become a Holistic Health Coach?

I developed my holistic healing offerings out of a time in my life when I was overwhelmed by fear and anxiety and didn’t know how to move forward. I longed for steady support, a space to feel seen without judgment, and tools to help me reconnect to myself, but I didn’t have access to those things when I needed them most.

So I built what I wish I had: a grounding, compassionate container where you can slow down, breathe, and be guided back to your own strength and clarity. This work is rooted in everything I’ve learned through my own healing journey, and it’s here to support you through yours.

What Makes Coaching Different Than Therapy?

Coaching is not therapy, but it’s deeply therapeutic.

Together, we explore:

  • Your energy levels: Are you constantly drained? Are you honoring your body’s rhythms?
  • Your mindset: Are you stuck in self-doubt or perfectionism? Can you shift into self-trust and clarity?
  • Your nervous system: Are you operating from a constant state of urgency? Or can we create calm and regulation?
  • Your habits: Not just what you do, but how those actions feel—and whether they’re rooted in love or fear.

It’s a gentle process of becoming your own best healer, and a great addition to therapy.

What Does a Session Look Like?

Every session is different because you’re different each time you show up.

Some days, we might dive into mindset patterns or beliefs that are keeping you stuck. Other days, we might focus on moving trauma (and pain) from your body and restoring your nervous system through breathwork and meditation. Everything we do together is in service of helping you feel grounded, clear, and aligned.
