Reaching out for therapy can be intimidating, but my clients say I am not. I am here to offer you a grounded, secure presence for the work you have come to do. I believe therapy is a chance to pause in the rush of life to explore what we think and feel from a still and quiet place. It can be an empowering tool for feeding personal growth, challenging barriers, and reigniting dreams.

We will explore your strengths, what is working, and what is getting in your way. Together we seek to hear your inner wisdom speak more and more distinctly. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of therapy, so it may be helpful to know I am often described as quiet, gentle, accepting, curious, and focused on strength. My intention is to offer and be a safe space for you.

As a therapist, I seek to empower you to consider how you want to deal with the storms in your life. I provide support, transparency, and confrontation mixed with curiosity. I focus on being authentic to give you permission to do the same. I respect that you are the expert in living your life. My main goal is to empower and support you in your work.

My services are welcoming for all sexual orientations and identities, people of color, immigrants, people of all abilities, religious minorities, and people of all sizes. I have experience working with coming-of-age topics, anxiety and depression, shame, relationships, intimacy, LGBTQ+ concerns, and change in general. My approach is humanistic, developmental, and trauma-informed, with exposure to existential and Internal Family Systems approaches as well. I am also excited to offer Brainspotting with clients who are interested.

A lifelong introvert and lover of experiential learning, I draw inspiration for my work from time alone, creating, personal therapy, parenting, and failing and recovering to try again another day.

As an APC, Amy Robbins LPC is my clinical director and Celia Webb is my clinical supervisor.

I work with individual clients who are 18 and older.

Reach out to me at or call me at 470-781-4589.

I see clients in office (if vaccinated) and virtually. You can choose the best modality for you, even if that’s a mix of the two.

My rates are $135 per hour, and I have a few sliding scale spots if needed. I am not on insurance panels but can offer you a superbill which you can submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.

I look forward to hearing from you.
